A pair of George II hallmarked silver tea caddies with matching sugar box, the rectangular caddies with detachable cylindrical cover, each flat chased with rocaille decoration, shells and roses, having slide bases, the matching square sugar box with finial lid, later monogrammed central cartouche, each with scratch marks to base, gross weight 38oz, London 1742, John Newton.
