A pair of late 19th Century Japanese vases, each of square form raised to four corner feet modelled as dragon heads with balls in their mouths with moulded twin handles, the bodies decorated with a scene of Handaka Sonja and another rakan with his dragon in the sky and to the reverse with a similar figure with an elder in the clouds above, the handles cast as dragons with moulded scales and hair, the upper rim and top with a Greek key type border, unmarked, height 22cm

Will specialises in 20th Century decorative arts covering ceramics, glass and furniture. He studied at the Birmingham School of Jewellery undertaking a combined BA Hons in silversmithing and Fine Art history. Notable finds include a Martin Brothers Stoneware bird selling for £20,500 and a rare collection of documents relating to the Stourbridge Glass Industry selling locally for over £22,000. Will is now in his eighth season as an expert on BBC's Antiques Roadshow.
