A large Regency period Masonic rummer circa 1810, deep bucket bowl heavily and finely engraved with Masonic emblems decorated with figures and ribbon tied floral borders, to the opposing side a verse reading, 'The world is in pain, Our secrets to gain, But still let them wonder and gaeson, They ne'er can divine, The word nor the sign, of a free and accepted Mason' within finely engraved borders further detailed with floral borders and Masonic emblems, above a shallow capstan stem and terraced circular spread foot, height 24cm.
