Following the recent advice and update from government, we are pleased to announce that we will able to visit clients in their homes from Monday 1 June, providing appropriate social distancing can be maintained.
Furthermore from Monday 15 June we will be allowed to open our doors to the public for the collection of purchased lots and for valuations. This will be managed on an appointment only basis, please contact the office for further details and to make your appointment.
The health and wellbeing of our clients and employees is always our top priority therefore Fieldings Auctioneers have been adapting to provide a new working environment and to maintain the highest level of customer service and safety.
From Monday 1 June, we will once again be allowed to provide home visits and carry out valuations in person. Fieldings has in place protocols to ensure that this can be done safely for both staff and clients. If you require a home visit please contact the office on 01384 444140 to book an appointment with one of our valuers.
We have our online valuation service where you can upload images and some basic details via email or through our WhatsApp service. On receipt one of our valuers will contact you to provide you with full details and a valuation.
We are also now offering our new virtual valuation service where you book an appointment with a valuer to contact you via your smart phone, tablet or computer using FaceTime or Zoom etc where a member of our team can walk through your items virtually and discuss values and procedures for consigning for sale.

We are also able to recommence our Tuesday Valuation day service but strictly by appointment, and in line with government guidelines. Please contact us for further details or to book and appointment.
Our next sale with be held ONLINE ONLY on Wednesday the 23rd of June and Thursday the 24th of June.

Bidding by Absentee Bid
You can leave an absentee bid online by selecting the 'Leave a Bid' on our website. Alternatively you can call us on 01384 444140 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that our accounts department may contact you for further details.
Bidding by Telephone (Limited Availability)
Bid by telephone - If you would like to bid by telephone please contact our office with your details of the lots you are interested in along with your full name, address, telephone number(s) and email. Please note telephone bidding for sales will be limited to lots over £200 and subject to availability, all telephone bidding requests must be submitted by close of business the day before the sale. New bidders will be required to provide ID.
Collections & Storage
From the 15th of June you will be able to book an appointment to collect any purchased lots. Please contact our offices on 01384 444140 to book an appointment. You will be given instructions on how to collect safely, maintaining social distancing. Where a 2-person lift is required, we will not be able to provide assistance, so please ensure that you bring someone with you.
We will post unbreakable items at the buyers risk and for other items we recommend Mailboxes Etc, Worcester and That’s Your Lot as preferred carriers.
Payment must be made via the link on the invoice or by bank transfer, we will not be taking cash payments or payments on collection for the time being. Please note our standard invoice payment terms will continue to apply.
