My favourite lot

A Meissen teapot sold in 2018. Consigned from a private collection and last seen on the market in the 1940s, this Meissen teapot was quite simply charming. Dating to around 1780, it had hand painted decoration showing Chinese elders taking tea.
Sold for £2,700 hammer
