A late 19th Century enamelled silver, gold lacquer and Shibayama vase, the lacquer ovoid body below silver and enamelled decorated collar and flaring neck, set with mother of pearl, coral, hard stones and stained ivory with a mother of pearl tiger crouching behind a bamboo vase holding chrysanthemums, peony and other flowers, an elderly man and a boy to one side, the silver mounts enamelled with florets and all resting on a coiled silver dragon foot, silver stamped Jungin (pure silver) minor losses, height 19cm.
