Bretby - Two late 19th Century polychrome terracotta figures of children, the first modelled as young Alpine boy playing the flute dressed in a broad rimmed hat, an animal fur waistcoat and breeches, the second modelled as a young Gypsy girl holding a tambourine and offering her hand out, she dressed in a white blouse with red and floral skirt with ruffled sleeves and coin earrings, both sat on a wooden crate, tallest height including crate 60cm.
