'To Bernard from the Boys'

Included in our June Collectors and Watch auction is a little piece of cricketing history.

The 18ct Longines automatic Ultra Chron chronometer wrist watch, was gifted to to Bernard Thomas by the English Cricket team touring party as thanks for his role as the team's physiotherapist in 1974-75.  The inscription reads 

'To Bernard from the Boys Aust. N.Z 1974-75'

The catalogue for our June auction will be live on Friday 10th June.  Included in that sale is a lovely collection of watches to suit all tastes and pockets.
