Fieldings Auctioneers announces successful management buyout

Fieldings Auctioneers are pleased to announce the completion of a management buyout led by the company's senior management team.

Founder Nick Davies, has passed his majority shareholding to business partner Will Farmer and the management team, Judith Woolgar and Rachel Holland who will take control of the business.

Fieldings Auctioneers was founded by Nick Davies and Will Farmer in 2001 and has become a prominent player in the auction industry for over 21  years. The company's reputation for being approachable and offering exceptional customer service has earned it a loyal client base and an enviable position in the market.

"We are delighted to have completed this buyout, which will enable us to take Fieldings Auctioneers to the next level," said Will Farmer, Director, who led the Management team. "We will continue to deliver exceptional service to our clients and build on our reputation for excellence in the auction industry."

Nick Davies said: “After 21 wonderful years, I have decided the time is right to step back from the business. The management team has been an integral part of Fieldings for many years, and I am confident that they are the right team to take the business forward.

“I want to thank all of our clients and staff for their support over the years. I am very proud of what we have accomplished together and look forward to seeing Fieldings continue to grow and thrive.”

Nick will continue on a consultancy basis as required.
