Very rare piece of Clarice Cliff to go under the hammer at Fieldings

The Clarice Cliff 'Bowling' 18inch charger, was an exceptional find and discovered in the Surrey area by our very own Will Farmer.  This exceptionally rare piece of Clarice Cliff is completely fresh to the market and was purchased new by the vendors aunt in 1929.

We are incredibly excited about the piece coming to market, and it will be one of the many star lots in our forthcoming Decades of Design Auction on 5th October.

The discovery of this piece is very exciting as 'Bowling' is an incredibly rare pattern, and there are less than ten known pieces in the industry.   However it has never been seen before on an 18 inch charger, making this item doubly exciting.
