A George III mahogany secretaire bookcase enclosed by a pair of panelled doors below a projecting cornice over a pigeon hole and drawer interior above three linen trays to the base on bracket feet, height 237cm x depth 57cm x width 124cm.
Please note that subject to CITES regulations, as the drawer handles to the interior of the secretaire drawer are ivory, this lot will require a re-export permit if shipped outside the mainland UK.

The upper section may be a later marriage to the base. The cornice has been replaced. The doors to the upper section are locked and there is no key. Some scuffs, scratches and fading t the base section. There is a split to the right hand side of the base section.
