The Art department at Fieldings sells an eclectic mix of artwork from 16th century paintings to watercolours, miniatures, etchings, sculptures and contemporary works. Monthly sales provide our buyers with an opportunity purchase anything from a Banksy to an Old Master. The department is run by Bill Lacey, who has over 40 years experience in the business, so you are in safe hands. Read more

Fieldings house paintings record – a 1920s modernist linocut by Cyril Power (1872-1951) sold for £51,000.

Bill’s most memorable find – an early 18th Century equestrian painting by English artist John Wootton found in Herefordshire, sold for £326,000.

Bill's dream find – a pre-Raphaelite painting by Birmingham artist Edward Coley Burne-Jones.
