A 19th Century Copeland Crystal Palace Art Union Parian bust of William Shakespeare, after the original by R. Monti, published March 1864, impressed marks to the socle base, height 36cm, S/D.
Condition report
There is an old slither chip to the underside of the very base which shows slightly when stood. Very dusty and grubby in places. Several firing lines which have now stained, most noticeably to the left of his mouth.
