A 19th Century dressing table tray of lobed form with two affixed lidded pots, the whole decorated with hand painted sprays of flowers against a milk white ground, bears spurious interlaced L Sevres mark with the spurious date code for 1792 and the artist mark of Jacob Petit, tray length 24cm, S/D.
Condition report
There is a firing line to the underside of the tray and one cover has a crude repair. The tray has grubby surface marks and there is some light rubbing to the decoration.
