A late 19th to early 20th Century gilt wood fauteuil open armchair, with foliate carved exposed gilt wood frame and machine woven tapestry upholstery, height of seat 39cm and height of back 105cm, S/D.
Condition report
The springing has gone to the seat and requires attention. The upholstery is worn overall. There are some old worm holes in places to the frame, but there is no 'play' to the frame itself. Some gilt wear and rubbing.
