A French table casket of waisted cushion form decorated to the shaped cover with a Watteaueasque scene of a lady and gentleman within a gilt overlay frame against a blue ground, the shaped base with cartouche panels, applied spurious Porcelaine de Paris mark, length 24cm
Condition report
There are scuffs and scratches to the decoration and gilding. There is some interior staining and crude glue marks to the metal mounts.
