A small early 20th Century Coalport vase of ovoid form with a squat collar neck, the dark red ground with a gilt overlay pattern heightened in white and blue enamel, printed mark, height 8cm.
Condition report
There is some surface scratching to the red and scuffs to the gold. The base foot rim has a small patch of gilding missing and there are several spots of gold missing.
As the neck is gilt, it will be down to opinion as to whether this would have had a lid / cover. In my opinion, it is not missing a lid (owing to the fact it has been gilt as opposed left glazed)
