An early 20th Century walnut cased mantel clock in the Georgian style, with brass carry handle, finials and feet, inlaid with swagged garlands beneath the white enamelled dial, signed Walker & Hall Ltd, the French movement stamped 41004, height including handle 22cm and width across the feet 14cm, S/D.
Condition report
There is a split across the top beneath the handle. There is a chip to the enamel dial to the number 5. The centre of the dial is discoloured. The movement runs when wound, but its accuracy is not guaranteed and, as with all clocks and watches sold at auction sale here at Fieldings, is not offered for sale in working order and is sold 'as seen'.
