Condition report
Amended condition report - The outside of the case is dirty and tarnished and requires cleaning and polishing, The recessed brass handle to the lid is engraved with a monogram. The inside of the hinges are corroded and require a clean and polish. One of the brass loop handles to the lift out tray is detached but it is present in the bottom of the box. The keyhole escutcheon is missing but the key is present. All jars are present - there is a tiny pinhead sized chip out of the foot rim of the jar pictured rear left in the photo, otherwise they appear to be OK. There are four mother of pearl handled tools present. There is a mirror concealed to the padded lid that is accessed via a push button - this is a little 'foxed' and there is a split to the lining of the inside of the lid behind it. There are two vacant recesses to the interior, presumably for a travelling razor and a comb - these are both missing.
