A late 19th to early 20th Century cast iron Armada chest of rectangular strap form, false front and sliding button to reveal escutcheon, key is present but does not work and the chest is locked shut, height 38cm, width 58cm and depth 41cm, S/D.

Condition report
Amended condition report - Please note that as per the description, a key is present but does not operate the lock which remains locked shut. The button does slide to open the key hole escutcheon. The outside of the chest is corroded.
