An early 20th Century Cherry Blossom Boot Polish shoe shine box, with three pictorial enamel panels affixed to a shaped wooden box with a handle formed as a shoe sole, doubling as the foot rest, the back with a hinged door, height 29cm, S/D.
Condition report
The back door opening has lost an upper section, but the hinges are intact and complete. The left enamel panel has losses to the enamel. Some wear to the wooden frame, commensurate with age and use.
