A late 17th Century oak joint stool, the moulded edge top over a dog tooth carved frieze on splayed fluted block legs united by rail stretchers, width 45cm.
Condition report
Two later support brackets to the underside of the top noted and a block, later re-tipping to the feet in some parts. Information supplied by the vendor that this joint stool was purchased in the 1980’s from the Rous Lench sale.
