A pair of 20th Century bookends, decorated with bronzed spelter stylised standing gazelles, mounted to a rectangular marble base, height 14cm, together with another pair of bronzed spelter bookends with stylised leaping deer and another pair of painted spelter bookends decorated with gazelles standing on a rocky plinth, both mounted to marble bases, S/D. (3)

Condition report
The standing gazelles - one has a break to the back right leg that has been glued and general surface wear commensurate with age. Leaping deer - Surface wear to both, one is quite loose from marble base. Marble base has some nibbles and chips. Painted gazelles - General surface wear to spelter with some paint rubbed in places, one of the L shaped bases is slightly wobbly with a small crack to the join.
