A 19th Century French gilt metal jewellery box of rectangular casket form, decorated with six hand-painted porcelain roundels over scroll feet, stamped Guttin 252, height 8cm width 15cm and depth 10cm, S/D, together with a French gilt metal mounted onyx stand of circular form on three peg feet, height 3cm and diameter 20cm, the box A/F. (2)

Condition report
Box - Has been re-painted. Would appear to have been dropped. The front feet are bent and the lid does not close. The interior is in a very worn and distressed finish. There is no key. Stand - some scuffs to the onyx and minor dents and some discolouration to the gilt metal mount.
