A 17th Century and later oak joint stool, the plank top over a line detailed frieze on turned baluster block legs and stretchers, stamped with the initials SF and PH to the apron, height 49cm, width 46cm and depth 28cm, S/D
Condition report
The stool has been re-polished at some point. The top would appear to be a later replacement and is quite heavily ink stained and it has warped. Some wear and old woodworm flight holes in places. Three of the stretchers have been replaced.
