A 19th Century needlework sampler worked by Mary Ann Bough, with the alphabet in capitals and lower case followed by a verse from Psalm and Mary Ann Bough, No.5 New Orphan House, Ashley Down, Bristol, with a running border and an image of an early train, book and galleon, framed size 38.5cm x 32cm, S/D.

Condition report
There are several moth holes to the band of capital letters and one in the bottom right corner. The darker colours are strong but the light faded.
