A 20th Century French spelter figure after Irenee Rochard, modelled as a stylised pheasant on a rocky ground, with painted and gilt decoration, raised to a rectangular marble base, signed I ROCHARD, stamped France, height 30cm, width 23cm, together with another spelter study depicting two stylised pheasants, mounted to a rectangular marble base, width 31cm, S/D. (2)
Condition report
Rochard figure - Breaks to both legs, some paint loss and general wear with age.
Two Pheasants - Both fairly loose from the marble base. One pheasant broken at the leg. The other has a broken tip to the tail.
Both have a few nibbles to the marble bases.
