A Black Forest wooden novelty inkwell, carved in the form of a lion's head, the hinged base opening to reveal a facet-cut glass inkwell with EPNS top, height 14cm, width 12cm and depth 18cm, some damage.
Condition report
There is a 3.5cm split just to the side and below the mouth. Some scuffs to the outside in places and smoke stained - would benefit from a clean. There are some small dents to the top of the inkwell itself. Some minor chips and nibbles around the glass body of the inkwell.
