A late 19th Century Wedgwood black basalt neoclassical twin handled vase affixed to a square pedestal, decorated in low relief with scholarly classical maidens in a garden setting, impressed mark, height 32cm, damaged.
Condition report
There is damage to one handle (we have the broken pieces) - it is an old break with no previous attempt at restoration or repair. The base has several hairlines and fritting losses. Slightly grubby and dusty to the surface.
