A 1920's A.E. Gray & Co lustre bowl of shallow footed circular form decorated by Susie Cooper with a spray of stylised fruit and foliage in mixed colours to a mottled pale pink ground with bright orange lustre exterior. The base signed A.E.Gray & Co Ltd Hanley, width 20.5 cm. Provenance - This piece was made for the 1925 Paris exhibition and was acquired by the vendor directly from Susie Cooper. ILLUSTRATED
