A Charles II silver baby's rattle and whistle, plain whistle below reeded collar and plain cylindrical stem with looped suspension ring, terminating in domed and pierced drum rattle, the pierced cover engraved with flower heads and stems and centred by a six petalled flower head, pierced and reeded body, above panels centred with engraved stylised eyes, unmarked, length 14.5cm, circa 1675.
