A 19th Century Kerr and Binns, Worcester 'Limoges' enamel chalice and cover hand painted by Thomas Bott, the goblet bowl decorated with panel portraits of four goddesses - Fortitude, Sapienta, Spes and Amor Patriae each with a gilt arched frame with classical male heads above, the stem with a single knop decorated with winged cherub heads leading to a domed foot decorated with a garland of acorn leaves, C scrolls and palmette motif, unmarked, signed T. Bott and dated 1867, height 31cm
