An early 19th Century burr yewwood circular snuff box mounted with a plated plaque inscribed presented by John Ellis Esq to John Watkins, with accompanying 19th Century fragmented hand written ink note, 'Box made of the chips of the wood and part of the lead of which the coffin of Napoleon Bonaparte was composed', diameter 10.5cm.
