Lot 1277: Estimate £400-£600
A 1930s oak cabinet bookcase or sideboard attributed to Paul Matt for the Brynmawr Furniture Company Ltd, the break-fronted upper section with a central panel fronted fall, with alcove to either side, fitted below with a further fall front cabinet with a single door cupboard at either side, the door knobs attached with tenon joints, raised to square legs, height 127cm, width 118cm and depth 47cm, S/D.
Condition report
There are some marks to the top in places and the interior of the upper fall front section is ink stained. The hinges and the fall bracket have been replaced to the lower fall front section. Has been repolished / waxed.
