An early 18th Century oak coffer of small proportions, the twin fielded panel lid above a lunette carved frieze and twin diamond carved front panel, height 52cm, width 90cm and depth 56cm, S/D.

Condition report
The lid is split and holed and there is a repair baton fixed to the underside of the lid. Woodworm damage is evident. The base boards have been replaced. The stile feet have now worn away to the level of the base boards of the coffer.
