A late 19th to early 20th Century Cantagalli faience vase, decorated in the round with a hand painted Italianate landscape with two classical figures to the foreground, sat in contemplation, the handles formed as male heads with coiled snake high loop handles, painted mark, height 37cm.

Condition report
There are small scuffs and nibbles to the glaze, most noticeably to the noses of the handle terminals and the rim edge.
