Four early 20th Century miner's brass tobacco or snuff boxes to include a two dial combination lock example inscribed 'Evan Davies, Merthyr, 1913', height 2cm and width 8cm, another inscribed 'J. Wilkison, Angel Bank, 1907', lid loose, height 3cm and width 8cm, another inscribed 'William Davies, Aylbarton Common Nr Lydney, Gloucestershire, 1906' height 3cm and width 8cm, and a box inscribed 'M. Phillips, Coleford, 1908', height 2cm and width 7cm, S/D. (4)

Condition report
Evan Davies box - The box is locked. There is a solder repair to the hing. wear commensurate with its age and use. J. Wilkison box - The lid is loose and requires a pin through the hinge. dents and some corrosion to the base. William davies box - Dents in places. M. Phillips box - Solder repair to the hinge.
