A 19th Century shaving or dressing table mirror by Charles Frederick Bielefeld of London, with acanthus moulded papier mache rectangular frame above a turned pedestal and conforming circular base, stamped 'Bielefeld, Patentee, London, No 597', height 77cm, width 49cm and width of base 33cm, S/D.
Condition report
There is some foxing to the bevelled mirror glass. Some minor chips to the frame and the pedestal. Some breaks to the base and glued repairs and over-painting to the same. A replaced felt pad to the underside of the base.
