Clarice Cliff - Seven Colour Trees & House - A complete sandwich set circa 1929/30, comprising shape 334 sandwich tray and six octagonal side plates hand painted with a stylised tree and cottage landscape in mixed palette with matched banding, Fantasque mark. (7)
Condition report
Amended condition report - the tray has a vertical crack from the rim into the body and then a horizontal line running beneath the crack, which is visible from the front. It looks in part like stained crazing, but you can feel it with your finger nail. There is oxidisation to the blue and green rim on the tray.
Four plates have oxidisation to the green and orange banding.
There is in places, some scuff marks to the orange.
