Clarice Cliff - Oplaesque Stencil Deer - A hand thrown heavy walled vase of swollen ovoid form circa 1934, hand painted with a stylised landscape scene with a deer on a mountain over a latona style glazed ground, Bizarre mark, height 21cm, S/D.

Condition report
There is a chip to the upper inside rim with material missing, and a small kncok just round on the edge of the rim of the vase. The lower foot rim of the vase has been factory ground following a slip of the applied glazed decoration.
