Clarice Cliff - Gay Day - A shape 186 bud vase circa 1931, hand painted with a band of stylised flowers and foliage between yellow, black, brown and green banding, printed GAY DAY and Bizarre mark, height 18cm, together with a matching shape 206 vase, height 15cm, S/D. (2)
Condition report
186 vase - several small scuffs to the brown paint. Some light scratching and scuffs to the paintwork and surface marks which may clean away.
206 vase - damage to the neck and into the body, broken and reglued crudely.
