AFTER RACHEL RAUSCH, (19TH CENTURY) - 'Flowers in the Window', painted with a brimming vase of flowers, in an stone archway before a Neo-Classical landscape, signed Rausch lower right corner, oil on board, panel 40cm x 29cm, in frame 67cm x 56cm, within a giltwood and gesso Florentine style frame.
Condition report
Panel has a small split to the lower edge, approx. 2cm in size, 4/5 small splits to the upper horizontal edge of the panel.
Several small losses to the paint throughout.
Colours remain vibrant however could probably benefit from a surface clean.
Frame - several small knocks and losses and splits to the frame.
