A 19th Century continental Ausberg style ebonised boulework and red tortoiseshell cabinet chest on stand, the centre section with recessed mirrored interior enclosed by an arched door incorporating a standing bronzed Romanesque figure, surrounded by an arrangement of eight geometric drawers below a domed stepped top above a table base inlaid with a white metal fret cut band, on turned spiral legs united by twin pierced scroll carved stretchers 228cm x 52cm x 112cm.
Subject to CITES regulations. This lot will require a re-export permit if shipped outside the mainland UK.
