A pair of 19th century Meissen figures of flower sellers dressed in 18th century costume, he dressed as a dandy with with scarlet red coat, lilac breeches and banded waistcoat with gilt decoration carrying an encrusted basket of coloured flowers and his black hat under his right arm, she wearing a ribbed corset, matching scarlet red dress with lilac overskirt with vertical floral underskirt revealing yellow shoes and a blue hat with encrusted flowers holding a basket of encrusted coloured flowers in her left hand, both stood on naturalistic bases with blue underglaze crossed swords mark and inscribed 2868 with 22 painted in red, height 49cm.
