A pair of late 19th Century Royal Doulton ewers of bulbous form with a frilled rim and high loop handle, both decorated with fan shaped panels with white glaze and gilt tight curls edged with jewelling and forget-me-nots, all against a mottled purple blue ground, impressed mark alongside shape number 8295, height 21.5cm.
Condition report
Both have several of the raised dots missing - either from production / firing or later losses. Otherwise okay.
