A Japanese bronze 'goose' jardiniere, Meiji Period (1868-1912), modelled as a series of ten geese cast forming the body of the jardiniere, all raised on webbed feet supports, the exterior finely cast with feather designs, signed, height 35cm, diameter 32cm.

Condition report
PROVENANCE - Part of a private collection and thence by descent. good overall patination indicative of age. Two of the leg supports appear to have old repairs. Noticeable wear and verdigris to the interior well.
