A Chinese Qing Dynasty (1664-1912) yixing teapot of tapered form with angular scroll handles, the exterior sides relief moulded with Jiaguzi script characters, the underside with an indistinct Xuande character mark, height 12cm.

Condition report
Small shallow chip to the edge of the spout opening. Wear at the corners of the base. Small nibble to one of the edges of the base. Small nibbles to three of the corners of the cover. Overall patination indicative of age.
