A late 19th Century Simon and Halbig bisque socket head doll, 1249 Santa head mould, with sleeping blue eyes (eyelashes and lids restored), open mouth with teeth, pierced ears, later blonde wig, head impressed S&H 1249 DEP Germany 11 1/2, on a jointed composition body, height 61cm.
Condition report
Eyelids and lashes crudely restored. Slight stress cracks behind tops of ears. Head quite loose to body. Some wear and slight repairs to body.
