Lot 1113: Estimate £100-£150
A 19th Century papier mache snap-top supper or wine table in the manner of Jennens and Bettridge, the circular top hand-painted with a floral spray over a baluster shaped pedestal and cartouche shaped base with four scroll feet, unstamped, height 70cm and diameter 56cm, S/D.
Condition report
Some scuffs and loss of paint to the top in places. There are some repairs and over-painting to the apron of the top. The top has been re-attached to the base at some point. There is a split to the base of the pedestal. As mentioned in the description, the table is not stamped.
