An 1861 pattern artillery officer's pattern sword, un-named with metal scabbard, pierced basket, length of blade 89cm, S/D

Condition report
Some light rust spots to blade in patches, Some pitting all over the scabbard but no major dents. Neither the sword nor the scabbard have been bent out of shape. Neither the sword nor the scabbard are stamped with any serial numbers or maker's marks. There are some dents to the grip. The blade measures 89cm in length and not 87cm as originally catalogued. The length of the sword overall is 104cm and the length of the scabbard is 92cm.
